Alexandra Park Camp 2018 – Day Visitor Form

This form is for day visitors only, if you wish to book for the camp including accommodation please use the form here instead.

Costs are as follows:
Day Visitors (with no meals) ….. $25
Day Visitors (with 1 meal) ……. $40
Day Visitors (with 2 meals) …… $60
Day Visitors (with 3 meals) …… $80

The deposit required to secure a booking for the Camp is:

$100 per person
$300 for a family group

or the full cost of the booking whichever is higher.

Deposit and final numbers are required by 1st September 2017.

Final payment will be required by 1st December 2017 and can be paid by the same method as the deposit.

The following form is to submit a booking for the Alexandra Park Camp in 2018. If you wish to submit an expression of interest instead please do so on the form here.

If any campers have a strict dietary requirement that is essential to their health and well being, (e.g. food allergy), we need to know so we can inform the Alexandra Park Conference Centre. The camp will cater for some special dietary requirements, more information can be found here on the Dietary Requirements Form, which needs to be completed by each camper who has specific dietary needs.

If any of the campers on your booking suffer from anaphylaxis you need to email through their action plan to Chris Kendrick at in addition to completing the dietary requirements form.
